MAVROKEFALIDIS GAS is the exclusive representative of Petrogaz in Epirus. Our Company distributes Petrogaz LPG cylinders for home and professional use. The bottles come in different sizes. You will also find gas tanks for residential areas but also for dining areas, hotel units and for any kind of professional use.
Dr. Joseph Constantine Dragan, a convinced Europeanist realizing the potential of the LPG market and rushing to achieve the goals of ButanGas Italy that year, took the big step and founded PetroGaz in 1953. Two years later, in Thessaloniki, in the area of Koukloutza, the first LPG storage and distribution facilities are constructed, which 14 years later are transferred to the area of Diavata. From the very first years, PetroGaz has played an important role in the energy sector, making its name almost synonymous with the word LPG in Greece. Very soon after the founding of the company, in 1961, the large PetroGaz plant in Aspropyrgos was inaugurated, and development began in the island and in the rest of mainland Greece. Driven by the great success of previous years, PetroGaz launches new LPG storage and bottling facilities throughout Greece.
In 2019, in the context of its continuous development, the first privately owned service station of Liquid Fuels and LPG with the PetroGaz brands starts at 384 Athens Avenue in Chaidari.
The consumer public discovers thanks to PetroGaz, a new way of heating and cooking, and somehow begins the identification of LPG with the name PetroGaz in Greece, creating a great past but also laying the foundations for a great future.
PetroGaz is now part of Veroniki Holding, which was founded in 2010 by Daniela Veronica Gusa de Dragan as the sole coordination structure of all Dragan Group companies.
